What do I need to bring with me on the day I get my picture taken?

Make sure that you bring your sitting fee, your hair and makeup supplies, and any additional outfits or accessories you want to use during your session. Further, men should bring a white t-shirt and women should bring a tube top to be worn beneath the provided tux and drape for the formal shot.  Also, you are more than welcome to bring props such as musical instruments, sports gear, cars, pets and other items of personal significance for use in your pictures.

Do I have to pay a sitting fee if I'm only getting my Yearbook picture taken?

No, you do not have to pay to have a yearbook picture taken.  However, you will not be able to order pictures from your yearbook photo.

When do I pay my sitting fee?

Your sitting fee must be paid in-person at the time of your appointment.  For studio sessions, you can choose to pay online via credit card at the time you make the appointment.  Please note that these fees are non-refundable. 

How can I pay my sitting fee?

Your sitting fee can be paid with a credit card (online), with cash, or with a check made out to BPI.

What is included in my sitting fee?

Your sitting fee provides you the opportunity to have a specific number of proofs made. The sitting fee does not cover the actual cost of your pictures; it is merely the cost of your photo appointment. The sitting fee includes use of a drape or tux for the formal yearbook shots.

Can I change my backgrounds at the time of my session?

Absolutely!  We're more than happy to accommodate your changing photo needs.  Just tell our front desk person, and they will work with you to find the sitting that best meets your wishes.

Can I change my appointment?

Yes, you can.  Just call our senior hotline at 866-363-6936, and we can get that settled for you.
