Frequently Asked Questions
For many of the schools we service, pictures will be taken at your school; but we only spend a few days at each school. Appointments will be set by our studio will be mailed out for these dates. We offer limited session options when we are at the school. We have more options in our studio. If you miss the dates over the summer and cannot make it to our studio, we may only be offering the Formal session when we come back for make-ups in the fall. There are also some schools that require the students to come to the studio. You should receive all this information towards the end of your junior year. If you still aren’t sure contact our customer service. The deadline to take senior pictures is October 1st.
We currently have four studio locations:
- Our South Georgia Studio is located at 240 East 3rd Street Tifton, GA 31794
- Our North Georgia Studio is located at 416 Dahlonega Street, Cumming, GA 30040
- Our Central Georgia Studio is located at 100 Corporate Pointe, Warner Robins, GA 31088
- Our Florida Studio is located at 1891 Capital Cir NE STE 6, Tallahassee, FL 32308
Appointment cards will be mailed directly to your address 2-3 weeks prior to your picture day at your school. If you do not receive your appointment card a week before the date we are scheduled to be at your school, please call us for your appointment time.
If you wish to come to our studio for a private session instead, you may ignore your appointment time at the school, book your session online, and we will see you soon!
You will receive your online proof gallery access approximately 2-3 weeks after your photo session. Your proofs will ONLY be in digital form so please make sure you provide us with a non-school, accurate e-mail the day of your session.
You may not see all pictures we took. Images with eyes closed or not up to our standards will be hidden from your gallery.
We offer 3-4 different sessions when we are at your school, depending on the school. We offer 5 different session options in Studio. You can view all the options on our website by following this link: http://www.bpiphotography.net/senior-portrait-sessions/
If you come to your school appointment, you will choose and pay for your session type at the time of your appointment when you check in at the main table.
If you are booking a session online, your session will be chosen and paid for at time of booking.
The yearbook deadline is set by the school. Please check with your school for your deadline. Be sure you don’t miss it!
We suggest picking your yearbook image as soon as you receive access to your proof gallery; you can always go back in and change it if you decide on a different one.
Your sitting fee provides you the opportunity to have a specific number of digital proofs made in your own personal gallery. The sitting fee is the cost of your photo appointment for the time and talent of our photographers. The sitting fee includes use of a drape or tux for the formal yearbook shots, and your choice of pose that will go in the yearbook!
No prints are included in the session fees. Fees are due at the time of your session and do not apply to your order.
Basic retouching smooths out your skin; it may help with little blemishes, but will not take away darker spots or skin which may have more pronounced blemishes/marks.
Make sure to look your best on the day of your senior pictures! Haircuts, manicures, etc. are recommended 🙂 Depending on the session you choose, we may photograph you from the floor up!
Men, please make sure to have a plain white t-shirt to wear under the tux we provide.
Women, please make sure to have a tank top/tube top to wear under the drape shirt we provide.
Make sure that you bring your sitting fee, your hair and makeup supplies, and any additional outfits or accessories you want to use during your session.
Men should bring a white t-shirt to be worn beneath the provided tux for the formal shots.
Women should bring a tube top/tank top to be worn beneath the provided drape for the formal shot.
You are more than welcome to bring props such as musical instruments, sports gear, cars, pets, and other items of personal significance for use in your pictures. If your school allows it, we will photograph it!
Sitting fees are due at the time of your session.
When you arrive to your senior session at the school, you will check in, choose your session, and pay before we take your pictures. Your sitting fee can be paid with cash, check, or credit/debit card.
If you are booking a session online for our studio, your payment is due at time of booking! Online payments must be made with a debit or credit card.
Sitting fees are non-refundable. They do not include any prints or products.
You will chose your yearbook image in your online gallery. There is a tab at the top of your gallery that says “Choose yearbook pose”. You MUST choose either your formal black drape image or tux picture for yearbook choice 1, or we will choose one for you. If your school requires a casual portrait to be included in the yearbook, pose 2 will be an image in your casual outfit.
You do not have to pay to only have a yearbook picture taken.
If you choose not to pay, you will NOT have access to your digital proof gallery or the option to choose the pose that goes into your yearbook.
Yes, that is no problem at all! For appointments at the school, you can contact our studio at 866-363-6936, and we will reschedule you during one of the days we will be at your school. If you can’t make one of those days, you can just wait till we come back for the absentee day during the school year or come to our studio. If you decide you’d rather come to our studio for a more personalized session, there is no need to contact us, book your session online. If you need to reschedule a session you booked at our studio you must call us at 866-363-6936 to re-schedule. If you cancel and re-book online, you will be charged again.
Yes. We have partnered with your school to provide professional pictures for the yearbook. We offer many session options, times to take senior pictures, and prints and products to order to remember your senior year!
